Abstract:

PURPOSE: To extend the life of an ion exchange resin and to decrease inferiority of washing.

CONSTITUTION: Washing liq. discharged from a preliminary washing tank 14 is filtered by using a filter 17. Washing water is fed from the filter 17 into an ion exchanger 18 through a valve 22. A part of the washing water is by- passed by means of a valve 21. Opening and closing of the valves 21 and 22 are performed by means of a control apparatus 24 based on quality of water detected by means of a sensor 23 for quality of water. The control performed by means of the control apparatus 24 is performed in such a way that the quality of water detected by the sensor 23 for quality of water is in such a good range as determined in advance from a limit of quality of water.
