PURPOSE: To efficiently utilize solar heat, by changing a setting temperature for cooling and heating of a heat supply controller that is actuated by a signal from a heat accumulating temperature detector.
CONSTITUTION: The heating medium that has absorbed solar heat at a heat collector 1 is pumped into the upper part of a cooling and heating heat accumulator 2, and is then returned to the heat collector 1 via a heat exchanger 5 in a hot water supply heat acumulator 4 by a heat collecting pump 3. The heating medium that has been pumped from an upper part of the heat accumulator 2 by a heat supply pump 9 is returned to the lower part of the heat accumulator 2. In this case, a switching valve 10 is actuated by the heat accumulating temperature detector 14 to switch a cooler and a heater 8a, 8b. A heat collecting high temperature side thermometer, and a heat collecting low temperature side thermometer 11, 12 are provided in the outlet of the heat collector and a lower part of the heat accumulator 2 respectively, and their signals are transmitted to the heat collecting controller 13, so that the heat accumulating pump 3 is operated and controlled according to the difference of the temperatures.
