Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce vibration of a turbine plant without causing degradation of response of an apparatus for controlling the turbine plant having a by-pass pipe, by providing a phase compensating circuit on the output side of a pressur controller for controlling the valve opening by detecting deviation between pressure in a steam pipe and a reference pressure. CONSTITUTION:Steam pressure at the inlet side of a turbine 13 is controlled to keep it at a prescribed value by opening and closing a control valve 12 provided in a main steam pipe 12 extended from a pressure vessel 11 of a nuclear reactor to the turbine 13 and a by-pass valve 17 provided in a by-pass pipe 15 by a pressure control means 30. By a comparator 23 of the pressure control means 30, comparison is made between pressure 21 in the main steam pipe 12 and the value 22 of reference pressure. A pressure controller 24 calculates a steam-flow demand signal from the above deviation of pressure, and the output signal of the pressure controller 24 is applied to a phase compensating circuit 31 via an amplifier 25. The phase compensating circuit 31 consists of a combination of a filter circuit for lowering the gain in a particular frequency range and a filter circuit having characteristics of removing higher harmonic components.
