Title:
APPARATUS COOLING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015001366
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus cooling system securing reliability of temperature control, and capable of reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: An apparatus cooling system includes: a plurality of liquid-cooling type cooling parts 10 for circulating a liquid refrigerant in thermal contact with a plurality of arithmetic units 60L arranged in a prescribed section F, and for cooling the arithmetic units 60L; an air-cooling type cooling part 30 for cooling air in the prescribed section F used for cooling the arithmetic units 60L and 60A; a cooling control part 40 for controlling cooling ability of the liquid-cooling type cooling part 10 and the air-cooling type cooling part 30; a detection part for detecting at least a liquid cooling margin in the liquid-cooling type cooling part 10; and a linking processing part 40 for performing control of increasing a computation amount performed by the computing unit 60L cooled by the liquid-cooling type cooling part 10 where a liquid cooling margin is large compared to the other liquid-cooling type cooling part 10, when there exists the liquid-cooling type cooling part 10 where a liquid cooling margin is equal to or more than a warning threshold level.
