Abstract:
To provide a signal attenuation-correcting apparatus which measures an energy intensity of a radiation source and outputs predetermined electrical signals by multiplying a coefficient corresponding to the attenuation of the energy.
This apparatus for measuring characteristics of an object with the use of the radiation source which radiates a predetermined energy measures the energy intensity of the radiation source prior to a measurement with using an energy intensity when the energy source is used first as a reference, and outputs predetermined electrical signals by multiplying the coefficient corresponding to the attenuation of the energy of the source.
