Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an improved apparatus for counting the number of fishes, capable of surely separating the fishes one by one and sending them out.
CONSTITUTION: A vanned conveyer belt (4) equipped with plural vanes is set under a unit (3) for separating a fish from the water at an early stage of a light sensor. Plural pipe passages for dropping fishes are attached to the inside of the light sensor units (22) and the size of the opening part is designed so that two fishes can not pass through together.
