Abstract:
To create a production schedule while reducing the amount and time of calculations.
A period to be scheduled is divided into a plurality of scheduled intervals and data on the state of the final work in process during the first scheduled interval is stored in a storage means and used in the calculation of production schedule data for the second scheduled interval. The time of the plurality of scheduled intervals may be set as being equal or different. The schedule data needed until processes are complete for all lots in process during the second scheduled interval may be calculated at the start of the second scheduled interval.
