An apparatus which crushes/restores a bagged product 21 such as an industrial chemical which has been solidified in a bag into original powder or granules has a conveyer 12 on which the bagged product 21 is mounted and reciprocated and a vertically reciprocating striking means 14 which is installed above the conveyer 12 and continuously strikes the product 21 conveyed gradually by the conveyer 12 by a striking member 15 placed in the lower part to disintegrate the product 21.
