To provide an apparatus for crushing a combined material consisting of a solid and a packaging bag, in which the solid can be recovered separately from the packaging bag, only by supplying the solid and the packaging bag to the apparatus as they are in the packaged state.

This apparatus for crushing the combined material consisting of the solid and the packaging bag has a low-speed rotating part and a high-speed rotating part which are rotated reversely to each other. Each of the low-speed rotating part and the high-speed rotating part has a rotary shaft and a plurality of disk-like crushing edges arranged along the shaft direction of the rotary shaft. A plurality of recessed parts and projecting parts are formed on the peripheral surface of each of the crushing edges of both of the low-speed rotating part and the high-speed rotating part. When a line is drawn from the upper edge surface of the projecting part of one crushing edge to that of the projecting part of the adjacent crushing edge in the low-speed rotating part or the high-speed rotating part and the angle formed by the drawn line and the right-angled line with respect to the rotary shaft is defined as α for the low-speed rotating part and β for the high-speed rotating part, the difference between α and β is made to be 0.1-30°. The low-speed rotating part and the high-speed rotating part are combined so that the respective crushing edges are meshed with one another.
