PURPOSE: To achieve the conservation of space and reduction of cost by reducing the whole length of the title apparatus by shaking the free end of an intermediate shaking conveyor downwardly and suspending a tire material in a loop shape and driving a regular size cutter simultaneously with the completion of the measurement of a regular size to cut the tire material.

CONSTITUTION: A tire material 4 is drawn out of a reel 2 along with liner cloth 3 to set the end of the liner cloth 3 to a liner cloth taking-up reel 19 and the tire material 4 is delivered while the length thereof is measured by a length measuring meter 12. When the tire material 4 reaches the leading end pulley 43 of a supply conveyor 26 or the vicinity thereof, the tire material 4 is pressed to the inclined part 26a of the supply conveyor 26. Continuously, an intermediate shaking conveyor 25 is allowed to fall to suspend the tire material 4 in a loop shape and, simultaneously with the completion of the measurement of a regular size, the liner cloth taking-up real 10 is stepped and the delivery of the tire material is stopped. An arm 14 is raised by a cylinder 16 and a movable cutter receiving table 7 is horizontally positioned under a regular size cutter 8 to support the tire material 4 and the tire material 4 is cut into a regular size by the regular size cutter 8.
