Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a device, and a program in a history information collection system capable of performing centralized control of history information of each apparatus even when all apparatuses are not connected through a network.SOLUTION: A gate device 2 stores partition area information showing a partition area to which a user enters by using the gate device 2, and when the user enters a room 10, the gate device 2 writes the partition area information in an IC card 6. When the user uses an apparatus 5, history information is written in the IC card 6 so as to be associated with the partition area information written by the gate device 2. When the user leaves the room 10, the history information written in the IC card 6 is read by the gate device 2, and transmitted to a history information management server 3. The history information management server 3 stores the transmitted history information, and uses the stored history information.
