The apparatus for diluting and sprinkling a solution is provided with a water hose (14) and a solution housing tank (12) attached to a place near the tip of the water hose (14), wherein at least one small hole (12a) is provided on the solution housing tank above the liquid surface of the solution and the tip of a solution injection pipe communicating for liquid with the solution housing tank is positioned at a place at least 5 mm inside of the tip of the water hose. It is preferable that the inside diameter of the tip part of the water hose is formed to be smaller than the inside diameter of the other parts or a baffle plate covering a part of the opening of the water hose is attached to the tip of the water hose.
