Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent dust from being carried into an oven in a drying and baking oven using warm air and hot air by providing a specified high temp. filter for eliminating included dust just before an inlet for the warm air and the hot air.
CONSTITUTION: Open air is taken from an air inlet 5 and after outer dust is removed by means of a low temp. filter such as a HEPA filter, it passes through an exhaust gas treating oven 7 wherein the air contacting face is made of a non-oxidative substance, an air feeding pipeline 9a from the air inlet to a heating apparatus made of an non-oxidative substance, the heating apparatus 8 wherein the air contacting face is made of a non-oxidative substance and an air feeding pipeline 9b from the heating apparatus to a drying and baking oven made of a non-oxidative substance. Thereafter, it eventually passes through a high temp. filter 14 being a fiber sintered body consisting of a fine stainless steel fiber and is introduced into a drying and baking oven 1. Therefore, there exists no possibility of bringing dust and contamination into the drying and baking oven and it is possible to prevent defects caused by adhesion of foreign matters from being generated on a body to be dried and baked.
