Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dry and store grains while maintaining the high quality of the grains.
CONSTITUTION: The outside air conditions around a storage tank 3 and the temperature and humidity of stored grains 5 can be regulated by installing the storage tank 3 in a building 6. The regulation of the outside air conditions and temperature and humidity of the grains is carried out by branching an air supply duct 8 from an outlet duct of a dehumidifier 1, connecting the air supply duct 8 to a main duct 13 with a bypass duct 9, installing dampers 10, 11, 12, 25 and 35 and distributing air into the storage tank 3 and a storage tank chamber 22. Thereby, the temperature and humidity of the grains 5 in the storage tank 3 and air temperature in the storage tank chamber 22 can be regulated to dry and store the grains 5 in high quality.
