To provide an apparatus for extracting and treating cement kiln exhaust gas in which the occurrence of coating on upstream and downstream sides of a cooling air flow inlet can be prevented.
The apparatus for extracting and treating cement kiln exhaust gas includes: (a) a cyclone comprising a cylindrical body with an inlet for introducing cooling air on a side face and a tapered part which is concentrically connected to the upstream side of the body so as to allow cooling air introduced from the inlet to flow toward the upstream side while swirling, wherein the tip of the tapered part of the cyclone communicates with a cement kiln exhaust gas passage, (b) a gas extraction pipe a part of which is concentrically inserted in the body of the cyclone from the downstream side toward the upstream side; and (c) a cement kiln exhaust gas introduction wall which is concentrically connected to the upstream side tip of the tapered part of the cyclone and has an inverse tapered shape that increases in inside diameter toward the upstream side, wherein the cement kiln exhaust gas introduction wall is formed within the cement kiln exhaust gas passage.
