Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for extruding a fish paste product capable of changing the moving speed of a pushing member.
The extrusion apparatus is provided with speed-setting switches 8 and a speed adjusting variable resistor 9, and the rotational speed of a DC motor 2 is adjusted by a controller 100 corresponding to the preset speed. Accordingly, the moving speed of a rod driven by the DC motor 2 can be adjusted to an arbitrary preset level to enable the adjustment of the speed of soft ice cream extruded from a container.
