PURPOSE: To make practicable the feeding of fixed quantities of fine powder by use of a feeder apparatus wherein an elastic body is provided in such a manner that an end thereof is fixed near a rotary discharge valve at the discharge side and the other end faces a trough between vanes in the rotary discharge valve.
CONSTITUTION: A conveyor wheel 22b and an agitating wheel 22c at the center are positioned in the lower part of a rear chamber C so as to rotate freely. Below the agitating wheel 22c, a feeder 23 at the discharge side communicates with a central mixing chamber in a mixing transfer unit 20 through a central conveying inlet 24 at the lower part of a rear wall of a vessel 3. An oil pressure motor communicates with the conveyor wheel 22b, the agitating wheel 22c and a feeder by means of gears. An elastic body 26 is fitted to the feeder 23 near the discharge side thereof. The elastic body comprises a spring plate with an end 26a fixed to the discharge side, and the other free end 26b facing the trough between the feeder vanes 23a in the feeder 23.
