PURPOSE: To make it possible to take a workpiece out of the rows of workpices and to position the workpiece at a place of a tool by operatively coupling a clamp member to a feed cam so as to put the workpiece into a stop member to clamp the workpiece along a guide section by engaging the workpiece received from the feed cam.

CONSTITUTION: The feed cam 2 has a profile including a section of a helical shape and an arcuate thrust surface extending to a tip T. Then, a cup 5 coming from a feed chute 1 is continuously lowered by the rotation of the feed cam 2 and is then progressed between an inner guide 4 and an outer guide 3. The cup 5 is thereafter guided, is parted from an axle and tends to be disengaged from the arcuate thrust surface 33 of the feed cam 2 and receives the force from the clamp member 6. When the clamp member 6 comes into contact with the cup 5, the cup 5 is moved into the stopper member 7 for positioning the cup 5 along the straight sections 3B and 4B of the guides on the outer side and the inner side and is clamped there.
