The sealing agent-filled tire is formed with a ring-like sealing agent chamber 4 to be filled with a sealing agent 5 between a tire body 1 and an inner liner 2 by superposing and adhering the inner liner 2 on the inner surface of the tire body 1. In this case, a sealing agent filling hole 2a is formed at the liner 2, and the agent 5 is filled in the chamber 4 through the hole 2a. After the chamber 4 is evacuated in vacuum, the hole 2a is blocked by a resin 80 in a state in which a periphery of the hole 2a is clamped to block the hole 2a. Thus, the agent 5 can be not only filled in a short time but also a heat in the case of vulcanization molding the tire does not act on the agent 5 to prevent a change of properties of the agent 5.
