The sheet fixing plate 3 has a fixing mechanism 20 to/from which the shading material 5 and the water-barrier sheet can be attached/detached, can respond to the fitting of any kinds of shading materials, and is easy of attachment/detachment of the shading material 5 and others to/from the fixing apparatus 1, so that the shading material 5 and others can be replaced in a short period.
