Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lateral deviation of a core mold when it is rotated, in an apparatus for forming an endless belt for molding a film product of an inner periphery of a cylindrical mold by inserting the core mold into the cylindrical mold.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming an endless belt comprises a cylindrical mold 1 for forming a film of a coating liquid diffused to an inner periphery by a centrifugal force, and a core mold 2 rotatably mounted parallel to an axis in the mold 1 and driven to be rotated to mold such as smooth or the like a film product 3 on the inner periphery of the mold 1. For example, an axial movement of the core mold 2 can be restricted by providing a latching means for latching collar shapes 4 of both ends of the core mold 2 with thick parts 1a of respective ends of the mold 1.
