Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to improve the minute adjustment precision and maintenance precision of the phase between the patterns of both sides of a sheet by installing a shaft mechanism which adjusts a transfer position in the axial direction of the second molding roll corresponding to the phase difference between both sides of a rolled sheet.
SOLUTION: Fixed type bearing parts 4 are arranged at both ends of the first molding roll 2 respectively. A bearing unit 6 which pivots the end part of the rotary shaft 5 of the roll 2 is attached to each bearing part 4. Bearing movable support parts 8 are arranged at both ends of the second molding roll 3 respectively. Moreover, a molding roll position adjustment apparatus 9 which is composed of a precision shuttle mechanism which adjusts a transfer position in the axial direction of the roll 3 corresponding to the phase difference between embossed patterns of both sides of a light transmission type plastic double side sheet S is located next to the support part 8 and installed on the one end side of the roll 3.
