Abstract:
To solve a problem that in a freezed dry method, texture of a material to be cooled is destroyed by ice crystal formed in the material to be cooled, components in the material to be cooled flow out during thawing and the material to be cooled can be dried while keeping the texture and components before drying and it takes a long time to air-dry the material at a normal temperature.
When the material to be dried is dried, only the surface texture is frozen, components are transferred to the inside and the material to be dried is dried by heating in the state.
