Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for freezing foods, capable of extremely sanitarily freezing foods in a neat state without making no escape of even a small food and reducing the yield ratio of the foods.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for freezing foods works as follows: supplying a food S on a conveyer 2 arranged in a freezing room 1, transferring the supplied food S by the conveyer 2; wherein the conveyer 2 has a horizontal table 3, a plastic film 4 arranged on the horizontal table 3, and a drive mechanism 5 moving the plastic film 4, the horizontal table 3 has an uneven surface 24 formed so as to come in contact with the plastic film 4, or a clearance 29 vertically running through the horizontal table 3 so as to regionally come in contact with the plastic film 4, the food S is fed on the plastic film 4, and the plastic film 4 is moved to freeze the fed food S.
