Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for generating metal particulates, which can downsize the apparatus itself, and can stably generate the metal particulates in large quantities.
The apparatus 10 for generating the metal particulates has a piezoelectric vibrator 11 provided therein which generates high voltage in a secondary electrode 15 by electro-mechano-electric transduction based on applied voltage to primary electrodes 13 and 14; and applies the high voltage generated in the secondary electrode 15 to a discharging electrode 18 formed of a metal material to discharge electricity.
