Title:
APPARATUS FOR GENERATING WEAKLY-ELECTROLYTIC WATER AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING CONCENTRATION OF ELECTROLYTIC WATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007319779
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an apparatus for generating weakly-electrolytic water, in which the concentration of electrolytic water is kept approximately constant even when city water different in characteristics is supplied to the apparatus for generating weakly-electrolytic water.

The apparatus for generating weakly-electrolytic water by making a current flow between two electrodes immersed in water is characterized in that the capacity of the current flowing between two electrodes is set on the base of both of a value expressing the chlorine ion concentration of the water to be treated and a value expressing the electric conductivity thereof. A method for correcting the concentration of the electrolytic water to be generated from the apparatus for generating weakly-electrolytic water by making the current flow between two electrodes immersed in water comprises the steps of: dividing the value expressing the chlorine ion concentration of the water to be treated by the value expressing the electric conductivity thereof to obtain a quotient; comparing the quotient with a reference value; and correcting the capacity of the current flowing between two electrodes such as the voltage to be impressed, the amperage to be made to flow and an energizing time on the basis of the compared result to restrain the amount of the chlorine to be generated from being fluctuated due to fluctuations of the city water.
