Abstract:

PURPOSE: To smooth the movement of warp yarn moving in pressure contact with the outer periphery of a compensator cam of a loom for triaxial woven fabrics, etc., in the weaving width direction during the weaving.

CONSTITUTION: A compensator cam 32 between a triaxial weaving mechanism 25 for interweaving many warp yarns (a) while moving the warp yarns relatively to weft yarns and a warp yarn feeding part 2 horizontally rotating synchronously with the movement of the warp yarns in the triaxial weaving mechanism 25 is equipped with a vibrator 40 and the warp yarns (a) are slid and guided with the compensator cam 32. The compensator cam 32 is attached through a vibration-proof member 29 to a support 28 hung from a traverse frame 27 so as not transmit the vibration of the compensator cam 32 to the support 28. Vibration is applied to the compensator cam 32 itself with the vibrator 40 installed in the compensator cam 32. Thereby, the warp yarns (a) are smoothly moved in the weaving width direction.
