Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for handling a grain container capable of readily performing operations to load and unload the grain container onto a load-carrying platform of a carrier, moving and housing the grain container in a vertical posture, remarkably reducing a housing space and improving the moving efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for handling a grain container is obtained by detachably pivoting and connecting a mobile supporting means A of a truck structure to pivot connecting parts 29 at nearly the central positions on the left and right long sides of the grain container B, having a rectangular planar shape, capable of being loaded onto a load-carrying platform of a carrier, installing a screw transfer unit on the shaft in the center of the bottom and connecting a grain discharge port part 20 having a motor 22 to the lower part of a discharge port formed at a grain conveying end of the screw transfer unit, enabling the supporting of the grain container B in two postures of a horizontal and a vertical postures relatively to the mobile supporting means A and installing a rotative direction regulating means designed to provide the vertical posture of the grain container B only by downward rotation of the side where the grain discharge port part 20 is provided in the pivot connecting parts 29.
