PURPOSE: To provide a fishing net-hauling apparatus capable of readily taking away a wound-up fishing net by disposing a winding-up roller in a cantilever state and in a state capable of being rotation-driven with a case rotation type motor and enabling the opening or closing of a pressing roller and a guide pipe with liquid cylinders.

CONSTITUTION: A fishing net-hauling-up operation is performed as the followings. A pressing cylinder 21 is first contracted to separate a pressing roller 19 from a winding-up roller 11 and an opening or closing cylinder 24 is also contracted to retreat a guide pipe 23 from the periphery of the winding-up roller 11. Subsequently, after one end of a fishing net desired to be hauled up is wound on the winding-up roller 11, the pressing roller 19 is pressed to the winding-up roller 11 and the guide pipe 233 is also closed. The winding-up roller 11 is rotated to carry out the hauling-up of the fishing net. When the fishing net is fully wound-up on the roller 11, the fishing net is fixed on the side of the ship and the pressing roller 19 is released whereby the fishing net is taken off and dropped from the roller 11 with the own weight thereof only by the slight reverse rotation of the winding-up roller 11. These operations are repeated.
