PURPOSE: To improve heat recovery ratio, by providing a fluidized bed serving as a preheating side which recovers sensible heat from a crude high-temperature gas generated in a spouted bed and providing a fluidized bed serving as a heat receiving side within said fluidized bed.
CONSTITUTION: Crude gas generated in a spouted bed coal gasifier 1 is fed through a transporting pipe 5 to a fluidized bed heat recovery device 3, and concomitantly formed slag is discharged from the spouted bed coal gasifier 3 through a slag discharge pipe 6 to the outside. The gas introduced through the transporting pipe 5 gives its heat to particles within the fluidized bed heat recover device 3 wherein the slag concomitantly formed during gasification forms a fluidized medium 7. A heat exchange between the particle and a heat transferring pipe 8 in the fluidized bed is made, whereb heat is given to gas in the heat transferring pipe 8. The heat transferring pipe 8 is connected to an air- introducing pipe 9, a fluidized medium feeder 10 and further an air supply line 4 to recover the sensible heat of the curde gas and to return it to the gasifier 1. The particles in the heat recovery device 3 are fed from a slag feeder 11 and the crude gas passed through the heat recovery device 3 is fed through a pipe 12 and a solid-gas separator 13 to the succeeding equipment.
