Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for heating and supplying a liquid raw material resin, capable of injecting a liquid raw material resin becoming a molding raw material, especially a resin raw material (a mixture of a polymerization catalyst and a polyamide) with a predetermined temperature in a mold for a short time at a stable temperature when a hollow cylindrical body made of the polyamide is produced by a centrifugal molding method.
SOLUTION: In a heating supply apparatus of the liquid raw material resin for injecting the liquid raw material resin becoming the molding material in the mold in a preset time at a preset temperature, a metal pipe 21 through which the liquid raw material resin flows and electric hearting wires 22 are embedded in a mutual non-contact state by heat-conductive cement 23 and a temperature control means for measuring the temperature of heat transfer cement is measured to control the heat value of the electric heating wire 22.
