PURPOSE: To prevent high temperature water from reducing the temperature thereof and improve the heating efficiency of low temperature water by a method wherein the low temperature water and the high temperature water are prevented from being mixed.
CONSTITUTION: A water introducing pipe 5 is opened immediately below the outlet of a ball tap 2 for supplying water, which is provided in a hot-water reserving tank 1, at a location 7 higher than a normal water level 6 while the lower end of the water introducing pipe 5 is opened near the bottom of the hot- water reserving tank 1. A circulating pipe 11 is introduced out of the lower part of the hot-water reserving tank 1 and is connected to the heating device. In the hot-water reserving tank 1, a float pipe 13 integral with a float body 13a is provided with a discharging and/or suction port 12 while the lower end of a hot- water supplying and/or heating pipe 15 is opened in the float pipe 13.
