This apparatus housing device is equipped with a panel allowing the apparatus to be held thereon and turnable centering on its lower end part, a biasing means for biasing the panel in a direction causing it to be in a position perpendicular to a floor face, a first lock means for holding the panel in a position substantially perpendicular to the floor face, and a second lock means for holding the panel in a position substantially horizontal relative to the floor face. This device is characterized in that the panel turns until it comes to take a forward leaning position against the biasing means when unlocking the first lock means while the panel turns until it comes to take the leaning position owing to the biasing means when unlocking the second lock means.
