Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for adjusting the humidity level of a pressurized fluid to be applied to a patient eye.SOLUTION: An apparatus for adjusting the humidity level of a pressurized fluid to be applied to a patient eye comprises: an enclosure, sized and shaped to fit the patient eye to define a cavity when disposed over the patient eye; a pressure source configured to control the level of the pressurized fluid in the cavity to a fluid pressure level of a specific non-ambient environment; and means for adjusting the humidity level of the pressurized fluid, the means being configured to control the humidity level to a specific humidity level at the fluid pressure level of the specific non-ambient environment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
