Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the promotion of the automation of a traveling machine for coke oven by placing an oven door posture recognizing apparatus in a coke pusher of a moving machine for coke oven or an oven door lifter (oven door detaching and attaching machine) of a guide vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: An oven door posture recognizing apparatus, especially a telemeter 11 as the sensor of the apparatus is built in an oven door lifter 16 for the direct attaching and detaching of an oven door 4. As an alternative, the apparatus is provided with a gyration mechanism 13 capable of gyrating the telemeter relative to the oven door, a gyration angle detection part 21 combined with the gyration mechanism and an arithmetic unit to calculate and judge the detected posture value of the oven door based on the detected gyration angle transmitted from the gyration angle detection part 21 and the detected distance transmitted from the telemeter. These gyration mechanism 13 and the gyration angle detection part 21 are built together with the telemeter in the oven door lifter 16. The apparatus can dispense with the use of a moving mechanism and a turning mechanism for the detector such as a sensor in contrast to conventional apparatus. Accordingly, the apparatus necessitates decreased installation space, stabilizes the mounting part of the detection apparatus and contributes to the improvement of detection accuracy, simplification of accessory apparatuses, shortening of time cycle and reduction of cost.
