PURPOSE: To load the endless band onto a molding drum reasily and rapidly, by constituting an endless band supporting section by a plurality of small diameters and elongated rollers so as to minimize the resistance when the band is loaded, and rotating the supported endless band by a loading bar.

CONSTITUTION: The endless band E is loaded at a stand-by position B from on the side of the molding drum 5 onto the supporting rollers 67, 67 in the reduced diameter state until it is coincided with a mark S, and then the diameter of the supporting rollers are expanded. Next, an upright stand 16 is moved to on the side of the molding drum 5, a hollow horizontal shaft 53 is coincided by guiding action of a guide groove 8 with the extended line of the axis of the molding drum 5, and the loading bar 31 and the molding drum 5 are rotated in the same direction at approximately the same surface speed. The loading bar 31 has a three-dimensional crossing angle with the axis of the drum 5, the endless band E is moved toward the drum 5, and the center of the endless band E is coincided with the center of the molding drum 5. The supporting rollers 67 are prevented by a receiving roller 69 from being curved to perform the transfer smoothly.
