Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a titled device capable of fully automatically manufacturing meat slices for immediate consumption and facilitating packaging composed by providing the respective stations of fixed amount distribution, molding and a heat processing and connecting them by a conveyor means. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a fixed amount distribution station 1, a molding station 2 and a heat processing station 3 and the respective stations are mutually connected by at least one conveyor means. Kneaded meat dough 8 distributed by the fixed amount distribution station 1 is successively transferred to the molding station 2 and the heat processing station 3, and in the heat processing station 3, soluble protein is at least partially solidified and the meat slices are stabilized. Also, for the kneaded meat dough, common salt is added beforehand and at least a part of meat protein is made soluble.
