To provide an apparatus for continuously processing round bamboo splinters and square bamboo splinters by manual lever operation.

The apparatus for manually and continuously processing round bamboo splinters and square bamboo splinters is provided as follows; it is composed of a bamboo splinters protruding board 1 capable of changing to place the round or square bamboo splinters forming units, a round bamboo splinters forming unit 2 and a square bamboo splinters forming unit 3; a splinters protruding board 1 fixes a ruler 5 in a protruding direction on a long board body 4 wherein a forming unit mount 10 is provided in front; a protruding piece 6 is, in a freely slidable manner, engaged with the ruler 5; a middle action point 7c of a manual lever 7 wherein a fulcrum 7a is protruded outside a front one side of the long board body 4 via a continuously contacting mechanism 8 and a force point lever 7b is protruded outside the other side, is related with the protruding piece 6; and bamboo splinters H not yet to be processed made along he ruler 5 by a front push action of a specific angular range of the manual lever 7 are protruded toward the round bamboo splinters forming unit 2 equipped with a guide roller 11 and a round cutting cylindrical tool 12 or a square bamboo splinters forming unit 3 equipped with a guide roller 13 and a both side face cutting tool 14.
