Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a cylindrical body capable of preventing a twisted fiber bundle from being contained in a molded body when winding a fiber bundle to a liner, a mandrel, and the like, and applying a definite tension to the fiber bundle by suppressing tension variation.SOLUTION: A guide roll group for conveying a fiber bundle is provided between a bobbin and a mandrel. The guide roll group has at least a first guide roll first contacting the fiber bundle, and at least a second guide roll disposed at a downstream side of the first guide roll. There is a relationship represented by formula (1) and formula (2) between a winding angle θ of the fiber bundle contacting the second guide roller and a distance L from a center of the first guide roller to a center of the second guide roller: 180/sin(θ/2)≤L≤1500 (1) when 30°≤θ<70°, and 313≤L≤1500 (2) when 70°≤θ≤170°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
