Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for manufacturing fuel tank capable of uniforming the thickness of a resin on the surface of a tank container and enhancing hardening quality of the tank container.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing fuel tank includes: a conveying device 3 for conveying a tank container 10; a plurality of heating chambers 20 for heating the tank container 10 on the way of conveying; a cooling furnace 5 for cooling the tank container 10 in the downstream position of the plurality of the heating chambers 20 in the conveying direction; a gas supplying machine 6 for supplying a gas to the plurality of the heating chambers 20; a plurality of nozzles 22 for jetting the gas supplied from the gas supplying machine 6 onto the surface of the tank container 10 in the plurality of the heating chambers 20; and a plurality of plug heaters 263 for heating the gas between the gas supplying machine 6 and the plurality of the nozzles 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
