To provide an apparatus for manufacturing injection needles, which apparatus can simultaneously grind tip points of cut tubes arranged in a line.

The apparatus for manufacturing the injection needles is composed of a cutting-off device for cutting off a thin tube which serves as a material for the injection needles, a supplying device which has a hopper portion for receiving the cut tubes therein, and arranges the cut tubes on an arrangement device in a line, an aligning device which displaces the cut tubes to the vertical position by holding the cut tubes arranged in a line and arranges the lower ends of the cut tubes in a line by putting the lower ends of the cut tubes on a stepped portion, a first carrying device which grips the upper ends of the cut tubes held by the aligning device and carries the cut tubes to a grinding device when the aligning device has released the grip of the cut tubes, a grinding device which fixes the carried cut tubes by snapping them as they are by means of a holder and forms the tip points on the upper portions of the fixed cut tubes, a second carrying device which carries the cut tubes from the grinding device to a honing device by gripping the cut tubes, and a honing device which completes the injection needles by carrying out the deburring of the cut tubes having the tip points formed.
