PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing package containers that can neatly release mold of the package container while maintaining advantages of standing face having undercuts.
CONSTITUTION: A side face 9 of the mother die vertically positioned with respect to the transfer direction has been undercut, and a side face 13 positioned facing against the side face 9 has been inclined. In this case, mold release of father and mother dies with the same contour is possible in the direction of this inclined side face 13, a carriage guide has been provided on the lower parts 4 of other tools such as deep-drawing tools or sealing tools, and when the upper part 1 of the tools is fixed at a position including belonging father die 3, this carriage guide forcedly guides the lower part 4 that starts running downward during deep-drawing or after working process was over in parallel with respect to inclined side face 13.
