To manufacture a cement panel of a cement mortar at a low cost by utilizing an elastic force of a rubber-like elastic element by pressing the element.
An apparatus for manufacturing the panel is provided for molding the panel by vertically movably arranging an upper form 5 having a side form 4 and a die of the elastic element on a base 1, providing a pressurizing unit 6 having a pneumatic cylinder used as a base in the form 5, and pressurizing the cement mortar 2. A pin 15 is input to and output from the form 4, and the panel having a hollow hole or a groove can be shaped. A structure in which the pressurization with an elastic force is performed and water generated by the pressurization can be drained, is formed. The apparatus for manufacturing the panel is constituted to have a function equivalent to a high-pressure large-sized press, and is reduced in size.
