Abstract:

To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a solar cell module that can reduce temperature difference in a flow direction of hot-air circulation and can uniformly heat the entire surface of even laminates of module configuration materials having large area, thereby manufacturing high quality products.

The solar cell module includes: a vacuum laminate device 21 in which the laminates of module configuration materials are arranged; and a heating furnace 22 of hot-air circulation type which has a shelving structure, wherein a plurality of the vacuum laminate devices 21, in which the laminates of the module configuration materials are disposed in the heating furnace 22, is arranged in multistage. The solar cell module circulates hot air while vacuuming each laminate space to heat each of the laminates of the module configuration materials. In the apparatus for manufacturing the solar cell module 20, the vacuum laminate device 21 is placed on both sides of the inside of the heating furnace 22, and heating means 24 and ventilation means 25 are each arranged for circulating the hot air. The solar cell module is configured such that a flow direction of the hot air circulation is periodically changed by switching the heating means 24 and the ventilation means 25 both being provided on both sides.
