To provide an apparatus for manufacturing soymilk capable of simply supplying soybean and water adjusted in the most appropriate ratio to a soymilk manufacturing unit by simply throwing soybean flake into a container.

This apparatus comprises a container 14 to which soybean flake is thrown, a scale 13 measuring the weight of soybean thrown into the container 14, a screen conveyer 15 moving the soybean whose weight is measured by the scale 13 from the container 14 to a soymilk manufacturing unit 30, a water supplying means supplying water to the manufacturing unit 30, a feed water control valve 21 controlling the amount of water supply, a water supply calculating mean calculating the amount of water supply based on the weight of the soybean measured by the scale 13, and a controlling means to control the feed water control valve 21 to supply the water of the amount calculated by the calculating means.
