Abstract:
To provide an apparatus of manufacturing a three-dimensional modeled product, in which mixture in the interface between a model material and a support material can be reduced, and reduction in collision of flattening means with a modeled product can be achieved, in a molding method by a material jet system.SOLUTION: The apparatus of manufacturing a three-dimensional modeled product includes molded layer formation means that discharges a model material from a head to form a plurality of model layers in preceding first forward-return scanning and discharges a support material from the head to form a plurality of support layers in subsequent second forward-return scanning. In the apparatus, the positions of the head in a subscanning direction are different between at least some of the plurality of model layers and the plurality of support layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
