This apparatus for manufacturing the wash-free rice has pressurization rice washing means 100 for washing the polished rice by the water and air intervened therein, rinsing and dewatering means 200 for removing the water sticking to the surface of the polished rice undergoing the pressurization rice washing process step, moisture regulating means 300 for drying the polished rice undergoing the rinsing and dewatering and setting the moisture content at a prescribed value and washed rice strength adjusting means 1 for freely controlling the varying strength of the washed rice in the pressurization rice washing process step according to the conditions possessed by the polished rice. The washed rice strength adjusting means 1 comprises washed rice pressure adjusting means 10 for freely controlling the pressure to the polished rice into pressurization rice washing means 100.
