Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for weaving a fabric by using a belt-shaped fiber bundle which has been subjected to a widening treatment in advance and has sufficient width to the thickness at least as a warp, in the apparatus the widened yarn state of filaments constituting the belt-shaped fiber bundle being kept at the ends in the width direction and the like.
The surface of tape-shaped fiber bundles (warp) at the ends in the width direction of a widened yarn-woven fabric is kept in an adhesion state by using an adhesive tape 6 for fixing the edge, and the fiber bundles are cut in the longitudinal direction to obtain a woven fabric.
