PURPOSE: To perform the multiple measurement of current consumption with P-well probing and to improve the throughput of the measurement by providing current measuring units for measuring the current consumption of a plurality of ICs on the side of GND pins of the ICs.

CONSTITUTION: Power supply units 11 and 12 are connected to the sides of power supply pins of ICs 5 and 6 as a plurality of devices to be measured. A P-wall substrate 4 is present between the units 11 and 12. A transfer relay 13 (15) for switching a current measuring unit is connected to the side of the GND pin of the IC 5 (IC 6). GND and a current measuring unit 14 (16) are connected to switching terminals (a) and (b) of the relay 13 (15). At the time of the measurement of the current consumption, the relays 13 and 15 are switched to the units 14 and 16, and the simultaneous measurement is performed. Thus, the accurate current consumption measurement can be performed without the effect of the short circuit of the power supply caused by the P-wall substrate 4.
