PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatically measure and calculate temp. coefficient of resistance at a necessary temp., by providing a measuring process control means for controlling the whole of a measuring system for measuring temp. coefficient of resistance to input a set temp. number, the temp. difference with each set temp. and a number of specimens to be measured.
CONSTITUTION: A thermostatic tank 1 heats or cools a specimen 3 to be measured and the temp. of said tank 1 is detected by a temp. detector 2. A temp. setting device 4 sets a measuring temp. and a temp. controller 5 compares the signals of the detector 2 and the setting device 4 to control the tank temp. within a prescribed temp. range. A resistance measuring instrument 6 measures the electric resistance of the specimen 3 and a state stabilizing and judging means 7 judges the stable state of the internal temp. of the thermostatic tank 1. A measuring control means 12 allows a data memory means 8 to store the resistance values and temps. of the stable states with respect to all preset measuring temps. and temp. coefficient of resistance is calculated by a resistance temperature coefficient calculating means 9 to be displayed by a data display control means 10. A data input device 13 sets a set temp. number, the temp. value of each set temp. and number of the specimen to be measured to a measuring process control means 12. By this mechanism, temp. coefficient of resistance at a necessary temp. can be automatically measured and calculated.
